Refund Policy

1. Overview

LeadGen Pro strives to deliver high-quality lead generation and appointment setting services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are generally not offered once appointments or leads have been delivered or campaigns have commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or credits may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • If LeadGen Pro fails to deliver the agreed minimum number of appointments or leads as specified in the contract or package within the agreed timeframe, and the client has complied fully with their obligations.

  • If LeadGen Pro cancels the service without client consent or due to internal reasons.

3. Refund Process

Clients must submit a written refund request within 14 days of the issue arising, detailing the reasons and providing relevant evidence.

LeadGen Pro will review the request and respond within 14 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Payments for services already rendered, including appointments delivered or leads provided.

  • Monthly retainers for ongoing campaigns once the billing period has started.

  • Costs related to third-party expenses, if any, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel services with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds will be issued for the cancellation of ongoing monthly retainers during the billing cycle.
